Default Wheel Adaptor question

Hey all
I bought a pair of 1" wheel adaptors that came with the studs pressed in, question is they gave bolts for the tire but how do you bolt the adaptor to the hub. Do I go out and buy a set of bolts, and if I do that I have about a 1/4" of the old wheel studs that stick out from the hub. I just dont feel that the wheel will seat properly. Thanks to all in advance.

I used those for my SUV and the wheel adaptor should be thick enough for small nuts. There are 5 of them so they should hold, however NO mechanic on the planet will ever condone or install them for the reason that they have been known to come loose. Once my pass side loosened and my wheel was hanging on by one nut. My opinion is though that they are fine. Just torque those nuts like a *****
