I've not actually seen one in the flesh either but I've just looked at some restoration photos on the Freisinger website and the '76 RS has the same flares as the C3/SC.
I did see the posts about #107, I have some photos of it and in one shows the front calipers as the cast iron variety.

Great thread! Has anyone ever seen the homologation papers or other Porsche documents that refer to the 1976 as an "RS"? I haven't been able to track down anything yet.

#26 was for sale in France last year, Jochen has #30 and there is the D'Ieteren one so it seams at least four of the twenty remain.

#26 had been restored and in perfect condition and was advertised at 60000 euros. It had however been restored as a normal road car and sprayed orange. Is yours still in police configuration and do you have any photos?
