The real issue is with so much deliberate fraud committed by Joe Cogbill and GAD why hasn't serious legal criminal action been taken against him or maybe it has and I have not heard of it.

I'm sure the local D.A. has got bigger fish to fry and shelling out 10's of thousands of dollars for a civil suit when the damages are miniscul probably doesn't make sense either. Probably the best course of action is just don't ever use him again which probably suits him fine or he wouldn't conduct business like that.
