Crank Shaft Seal Land, Allowable Wear?
I removed the pully seal and the crank shaft looks pretty good. there is a minor groove (approx. .002) deep where the lip seal ran.
Should I be concerned about this the old seal was leaking very little.
I have a racing buddy that builds motors, he said I should install a "speedy sleeve".
Just wanted to know what some others may think.
