Pelican and I have resolved this issue. If someone would like to contact a mediator and request that they close this thread that would be fine with me also.

well Frank, could you at least let everyone know if it was resolved to your satisfaction?
also, given the traffic on the matter, I am curious if you are confirmed that this was the best &/or only means to resolve the dispute.

Yes this situation was resolved to my satisfaction and I will continue to do business with Pelican in the future.
I agree that generally these situations should be handled off forum if possible. At the time I thought that I had used all of my options and was not aware that I could contact Wayne to assist in resolving an issue. In the future I will contact Wayne before posting. I appreciate everyones concern.
