I have used for years, KFP Magnum "Golds". They are very similar to the "cool kevlar" pads.I did find that they would glaze easily at the track if not bedded in properly. My "new" favorite pad are the Hawk Blues. THese don't seem to suffer the same glazing problems and wear even better while stopping great!

* I only run track/DE pads. I live with the squeaks on the street

No exp with P yet but I play with pad a lot on my previous BMW 3 series. The best I found and keep was PBR Deluxe. The PBR race is good but noisy. PBR Deluxe is good, regarding braking power and "no dust". Yet no dust. There was little squeak at first month but it automatically went away. I talked to several people and they had the same experience.

The worse I had was Pagid something. It's braking power is good but the dust is killing my wheels. Yes, they really cost me the chrome on the wheels.

Love the RS19 Pagid Yellows for the track (73RS with 930 Turbo brakes) and love the stock Textars for the street (96 993)...

911s are great with Pagid Orange, can't beat them for track days. Haven't yet found a street-track compromise pad that actually works at the track AND doesn's squeal like a pig, however. It's one or the other.

Actually have this with the Porterfield R4s Carbon Kevlar. I have 993 brakes on my 1987 Carrera. The Pagids, Textars and ?? all squealed like pigs...
