Hi, I have just decided to try and figure out my reverse lights woes again. According to my wiring diagram for a 77 Carrera which is in the Haynes Manual for 911 65 -89, the power going to the switch should feed off the stop light switch. I was able to find the backup switch on the master cylinder and the two wires going in match perfectly with what the manual says should for the brake lights (Gn/Bu, Bk/Y). But there is no Gn/Y that is suppose to go off to power the reverse light switch. Could the wiring diagram be wrong? Maybe the wrong diagram for the 77 euro and if so, does anyone know where he reverse light gets it's power source? Any ideas appreciated?
