Post Sunday morning run up to Big Bear

Some Los Angeles-based guys on the Pelican Board are putting together a four hour drive up to Big Bear and back this Sunday at 9:30 am. If you're interested in joining, send me an email at jackolsen@attbi.com and I'll send details.

Jack -

I LOVE that rear window decal - how'd you do it?

Is it a 2.2 decal with new numbers overlaid? THey look like thew 2.2 font..

Very cool....

Thanks. I got it from a guy in Australia. It's a replica of the "2,2" sticker, but he can do it with any displacement you want. The only quirk is that it sticks on the outside of the car window, not the inside. I'm going to email him to see if he can make them with the adhesive side up, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I think he charges $15 for them. I had a "3,8" one made, too -- just in case. If you're interested in getting one, email me at jackolsen@attbi.com for his info.

Of course, if you wanted to get really particular, you could get the engine silhouette altered to show the updated induction. But that might be getting carried away.
