In addition to the Porsche part number, you should see a stylized "P" in a triangle, an "et" (german for offset), and the date of manufacture.

Read somewhere you can tell by putting your finger on the back between the spokes. Real Fuchs feel smooth inside and out, they're forged. Fakes are cast,and rough on the backside.

Just as an FYI to anyone following this thread, the definitive, no-fail concensus is:
There is a little stylized fox head ("fuchs" means "fox") on the 'next' line below the part number. The fox head is also 'raised' like the part number, but a bit 'fainter' or less noticeable than the part number.
