Maybe not the very last drive of the season, but the winter is coming.. Oil changed, tire pressures checked, still need to give her a good was before hibernation.
We have a 1989 911Carrera Turbo. Needs interior reupholster, etc. But, first here’s an upload. In the garage, so not a great shot. But, beautiful paint job and runs perfectly. Tagged and licensed. Side view
My 1988 3.2 resting while a I take another great machine out. I fly gyroplanes out of an airport three hours away. Three hours of early morning 911 driving equally split on back roads and interstates followed by flying the Italian Magni M24 two-place gyroplane and then three hours of late afternoon/night driving my 911 for the three hour trip home. Just about a perfect day.

Sweet!
My daily commute was a 2.7S, and sometimes included a quick hop in a Citation II, then an S-76.
Never got tiring...
Having been part of the RL community for many years, I have only been hanging out in the 997 and the Cayenne forums for my modern P cars since I have spent all my time on the Early911SRegistry forum for my ‘68. I’m not sure why I never saw this subforum here before, but better late than never . This is my 1968 911L that I’ve owned since 1992 when I bought it from my uncle who bought it as the second owner in 1972. These are a few shots from 2 months ago but I figure these are good enough for a general introduction and I’ll post up the story on “Chester” in a separate thread.
