Lots of inspiration to draw from in these pages.
It's taken me a week of lunch hours and limited free time here at work to go through 227 pages of pics.
i just collected my first Porsche on 12/20/17. it's a ROW 79 SC that is in need of full restoration. so i'll be checking back and using this opus as a reference for styling cues throughout the build.

cheers!
Chris

My thoughts are that the shorter valance is for an SC, and not the Carrera.....but I don't have access to an SC to measure it. Any thoughts?
there is supposed to be the turbo spoiler, a black rubber affair, across the bottom front and up the side to the wheel well?... just a thought...i had an '84 targa with just such a spoiler, but don't know if that is the answer...

LOL.....How long ago was that? I went back to my original valance a couple years ago it seems.

Bought this '83 SC Targa in back 1991.

17x7/9 Euromeisters. I went with 215/45 and 245/40 to avoid any clearance issues. The rears look slightly stretched to me, but nothing rubs (so far).

You are the third person to say that about that picture. He must just have a pissed off look about him. I know he wishes that was his project and that we mitred the corners, but no, he was in a good mood.....relative to his normal ahole brother routine.
