1987 Carrera 3.2 with repro 17-inch Cup1's refinished matte antique gold, Fabspeed Euro-style premuffler, Dansk 1-in-2-out, clear turn signal lenses, bumperettes deleted, and of course Steve Wong (93-octane) chip.
Fyi, It is a bit higher than I like, but I had it a bit lower but ran into problems with the lousy roads in my area.
(Funny thing - this thread has been going on for quite some time. There is a previous posting of this car without the mods, dated 01 Jan 2008!)

Thanks.
I don't have any current sound clips, but I will create a good one and post/send it.
The 2-out muffler when combined with the Fabspeed premuffler makes for a sound at idle that is old-school muscle-car. At high rpm's it sounds more like a naturally-aspirated Porsche racing car.
Interesting thing - I recently wrapped the premuffler and it changed the pitch of the sound a bit. It is still not what one would call quiet, but I've heard many new pick-ups that were just as loud. Besides, if I want a quiet cruiser, I have my daily driver for that.
