Post Head light wiring???

Had to take fenders off to repair rust. When I did this I had to cut the wires to the headlights. When trying to reassemble the headlights I now find a extra set of wires comming out. I know I only cut the one set of wires comming out of the lights and there must of been an extra set which I didn't notice. Is it possible that this extra line of wires was for head light washers? Also if only one head light is wired would this cause a problem with tthe headlights comming on. While one head light is wired the other is not completed and it will not light if I turn on the lights. Are they interconnected some how or do I just have the wiring wrong!!!

Set ?

Should be 3 wires going to the head light High, Low and ground.
No wires for the washer. They go only to the pump down by the jack.

Side Marker ?
Turn Signal ?

Good Luck

Hello

No need to cut wires, just release the spades from the connectorhousing.

Now what year ?

74-89
Turnsignal ( Black/green or Black/white )
Sidemarker ? not sure only work on ROW.

Like Roland asked. What year ? And which fender ?
Does your car have foglights ? Is there a fog light switch on the dash next to the lighter ?

Roland has dug me out of a couple BIIIG wiring "holes". But I'm getting pretty good at reading wiring diagrams. So I'll help you as much as I can. Mine is "book" learning. His is "hands" on.

At first glance, all I see is 4 wires to most headlights.
