Keep the car. You've already started your own pit crew.

Have you considered selling the kid instead
Just joking of course, but....

Do you realize how much you could get for a healthy kid these days? Far more than an old 911.
Again just joking of course, but....

Well, you guys have convinced me... it really didn't take alot of arm twisting, to keep the car after all the insurance is cheaper than therapy. thank you all for the input

I think that's a good call. I did a similar thing back when we had our first although it was getting rid of a Jeep for something more practical. I really missed the Jeep and ultimately ended up getting another when my wife got tired of me whining about it. Now we have 2 kids... one just over 6 months old... I have my Jeep, and a few months ago added an 84 911 to the family.

My oldest loves riding in both, so I let him choose when we need to go somewhere. When we all need to go, we take the wife's Pacifica.

Leave the wife and kids, keep the car. You can always get married again, but how often do you find a perfect low milage Porsche set up just like you want it.

Yup. There are a lot more good, low mileage women out there than good, low mileage 911s.

He's in Colorado. Maybe we should all meet there?
