well, thanks for the info randy. the purpose of me posting to help other rennlisters - not rip anyone off.
for the record, i bought the book from barnes and nobles for $119.75 and havent ever used it. the receipt comes with the book if you win

RMA - your problem is that somebody can buy a new one w/no shipping for cheap. I'm sorry for you, but that's the way it is. They are putting small bookstores out of business too. Good luck.
