Rennlist Running at California Speedway
This Saturday The Racers Group sponsored by Suncoast Porsche/Rennlist.com/Thalist.com will be competing in the Grand Am race at the California Speedway in Fontana Ca. The race is 400 miles or 4 hours and is being shown live on Speed Channel. We are working to secure the In Car Camera for the event so you can enjoy seeing the race just as our
drivers do. The #66 is in the race with Kevin Buckler & Mike Schrom driving. We may also add the #67 to the field.
At Homestead we finished 4th in class and 9th over all, and this weekend we are shooting for a first place finish, which will put us in first place in the divers points. Winning the Class at Daytona shows we have the car and team to be a winner. What we need now is some support from Porsche enthusiast, so If you make it to the race please stop by the team trailer and say Hi to the crew. If you can't make it to the track I hope you will watch the race. The Grand Am and ALMS series are great events and we will be running in both series this year. Our next ALMS outing will be at Sears Point in Sonoma Ca. on 19 May. I will be at that event and if you are at the track please introduce yourself.
We plan to give away 4 Hot Pit tickets for the Sears Point event Plus other races and will provide the details of the give away very soon. The winners will have access to The Racers Group hospitality area, and be provided a fire suit so you can go into the pits with the team.
