Should it be necessary to make air/idle adjustments due to weather changes? It may be just coincidental, but the weather cooled off recently her in No.Cal. Car starts up fine/runs fine, but started stalling when coming to a stop. When it warms up it will idle only slightly better.

I adjusted the air/idle screw in back of the air box and it is fine. Is there something else going on here?
