I don't know how to send the picture to Rennlist for display. I own a bunch of web servers so I throw it on one and then use the image feature which requires the target URL in order to display the picture. You can also paste the link right into the message so it will be displayed when clicked. Hope this helps.

You can upload a picture by clicking on the "Upload Photo" text on the menu bar above the discussion boards.
Here are the instructions:
1. Save a picture on your local computer system as either a JPG or a GIF file;
2. Please name that picture SOMETHING UNIQUE to you (like "jimcar1.jpg" - if you have spaces in the name, we will automatically "condense" them so they can be viewed by all Browsers);
3. In the form below use the "Browse" button to find your picture;
4. After you have selected the picture to upload - simply click on the "Upload" button;
5. After it is uploaded to the Rennlist Systems - you will see your picture and its location - "Copy & Paste" that location to share your Photo!
It's quite easy.
Or, as CN states, you can use the IMAGE Instant UBB Code (found below the message box when you post a message) to post the link to a pic on a website.

Jack, it's up at the top of the "Rennlist Page" - NOT the I.E. headers.
The "page" top bar reads :-
