Post Cabrio top treatment ??

My '88 Cab got a new top last June (PO), what, if any, treatment should I use on the top to minimize the affects of UV, keep the water out and also keep it flexable as I put the top up and down quite a lot.

Ive been told everything from Scotchguard to Armorall (which I won't use on my top).

Any suggestions? TIA
