Post Robotek alternative

I was looking for a more economical alternative to Robotek's spring-loaded shift kit for my 915 trans and decided to design one myself. This one has added features that, IMO, make it better.

I received mine in the mail Friday, but haven't had the chance to install it yet - spent the weekend doing the oil cooler.

My first impression is that it's very well engineered. I plan to actually weld the tab on, rather than leave it clamped.
