Post Wiper arm covers

Does anyone know the part no. for the little plastic covers that go over the nuts on the windshield wiper arms on my '83 SC? I bought some covers from one of our reputable suppliers, but they are too big (fit just right on my Volvo Turbo, however). I can't find them on the parts fiche. Does anyone know the part number, or a source? It's really bugging me, because one is missing, and it's right there, in my face, when I drive.

Thank you.

Tweeks has got them. PN 408-875 for the original wiper arm or 408-877 for the replacement arm. Not sure what the difference is. 888-489-3357.

You might also try Pelican.

Look at the windshield wiper diagram. There's a cap, number 901.628.926.00. The diagram shows a nut sitting on top of that, which may not be correct.

The correct part numbers for the caps that go underneath the arms on the cowl is 901.628.926.00 as Bill stated. But for the covers that go on the arms and over the nuts, I don't have the part numbers. The microfische does not have it listed. It only lists for the rear wiper arm, which is different. But the good news is that I just finished getting a set of the proper ones from Performance Products. The number for it in their catalog is 910635. They are cheap at 3.95 a piece. What could have happened to you is they sent you the ones for the dual spring wiper arms. As a matter of fact the original wiper arms have been replaced by the dual spring style. But you can still get the covers for the conventional arms. For how long I don't know. Maybe I should stock up on them. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />
