You may already know that adding the Carrera tail or Turbo 'whale' tail also requires adding the Porsche rubber valance extension to the front, unless you never drive above 50 mph.
What is the correct hardware for mounting a Carrera tail?
I know that mine is incorrect because the screws are very non-original.
Factory tail and lip, 84 Carrera. There does not appear to be any nuts or threaded inserts in the fiberglass except for the 3 along the top edge, near the glass.
