SF bay area shop to refinish fuchs?

Can anyone recommend a good shop that can refinish fuchs that have been chromed? I'd like to dechrome them and bring them back up to the standard finish. Somewhere in the SF bay area would be ideal.
Thanks,

De-chroming Fuchs can lead to problems with pitting and structural integrity. I think there's a Porsche bulletin on the subject of problems related to chroming Fuchs wheels. Are you sure they're chromed and not just highly polished? You should call Weidman (or Al Reed in Anaheim) and discuss the de-chroming issues.

Wheels can be chromed as a way to cover repairs. That's why the VW guys buy the Fuchs that have been badly curbed. They chrome the rim and they're happy. Wheels that have been repaired cannot be re-anodized if that is the look you are after.
I had my 4.5's done at Weidman's and they came out GREAT!
I agree with the above post. Very friendly and knows his stuff.

Harvey didn't seem to have an issue with it, he did mention he only trusts one guy to dechrome the fuchs. I assume he's ok with it b/c he'll be keeping mine at the end of the day.

I agree, Harvey does great work but I would call the guys at Wheel Techniques in Santa Clara; they are way closer and have done good work for me too. www.wheeltechniques.com
