When I purchased my 911 it had (what appears to be) that wheel installed, however it was the wood rim/saddle leather horn pad version. It is made by ItalVolante, sorry I don't have any more info.
It is for sale, however, as I replaced it with a black leather Momo...

I got one similar from Pelican Parts, called 930S Steering wheel and ordered the crest center. There's pics there, very nice upgrade!!!
