Randy - I'm not really sure. I think it's paint with the edged filed. Seems more like lacquer than anodizing or powder coating...

Prav - I didn't do any of the work to the car, but the builder, Pierre Bilodeau, bought the panels from M.A. Shaw (www.mashaw.com). They do fit beautifully...
