Buy Excellence magazine and call every advertiser... Hopefully you have the tools & knowledge to do the job yourself, competent shops that work on narrow margins won't install them for you. On rare instance, if they will, the work will not be guaranteed...

Through this board I found that EBS racing has the best combination of knowledge, parts and service pricing. They are much more that just a web parts broker. Ask for Jon.

I'm going to revive this thread because I'm looking at getting one of these kits in the next couple of months.
Any new ideas about a supplier? There are lots on ebay but what guarantee is there that they are genuine? In saying that, what guarantee that any kit supplied is genuine?
Also, I need someone that's willing to ship to Australia.
TIA!!

JMHO,......
There are several "OEM" manufacturers of these things and some are not made in Europe. I've been seeing some knock-offs that look genuine, but are copies. Due to QC situations with such parts and the consequences of a failure, one needs to buy said parts from reputable sources that stand behind what they sell.
E-Bay ain't the place.
BTW, I would replace the stock narrow chain idlers with the later wide ones while you are doing this as that was the root cause for the majority of tensioner failures in the 70's & 80's.

Hi Mussberger, I know it's ebay, that's why I asked. There are some quality suppliers using ebay. Some sponsors here I think.
Clive, yes, like a re occuring nightmare, I'm back. I'll check out your recommendation. Thanks.
Thanks for the advice Steve. Who do you recommend??
You can PM me if you like. Thanks.
