I'm having a hard time keeping my 69E at idle on a cooler day. I noticed that where my idle adjust screw goes into is a thin small black box that has a spring loaded tip. I'm thinking that this is a relay of some sort that raises my throttle up until the motor is warm. Is this true, and what is the name of this so I can replace it to fix the problem. Thanks Mike
