I gotta agree with JCP....why is everyone scared of "high mileage". I have had both....garage queen 911 Club Sport (with only 9k miles) and '87 Coupe with 187k miles. The 87-89's IMO will always be a strong car for resale, but don't buy with just that in mind. Decide how you want to use the car. If you want to just drive for the spring, garage and flip it than go for a lower mileage version (you will find more buyers), but if you buy something with the intentions of keeping it for a long time save yourself the 5-10k on the initial purchase and invest it (you can use later for maintenance).

You will get a TON of opinions, but it sounds like a 17-18k car depending on the PPI etc.
