Does anybody else do this ?
A little trick I learned from my mechanic years ago was to run my seat back all the way (non power) when I exit my 80SC. It makes getting in and out a lot easier and saves the carpet etc.. Try it if you don't already. Let me know if you do this too?

In my 944 with the racing shell type seats I have to put the seat back to its stops regardless- otherwise I cannot get out around the steering wheel easily- and making the wheel removable seemed less practical on my street car-
