Try Amazon! They usually have a few second hand copies.

There are a number of sources for used books. Half.com, ebay, abebooks, alibris, bookfinder, and others, plus if you do a yahoo search on 'used book searches' you'll come up with other sources. The Used 911 Story has been updated over the years, so you may want to find a later edition. New, the book is around $20, and if you're shopping for a 911, worth it.

You might also want to try AUTOBOOKS in Burbank.
(Consider that $20 book purchase as a TINY deposit toward the thousands you'll be spending on your 911.)
