I suggest using the products shown below. I've provided some expanded information as captions under each photo.
You can do the polishing by hand using a microfiber polishing pad. I've used these products and had excellent results on an '87 Targa that I owned previously, and most recently on my '88 3.2 Carrera Coupe. The polish will remove the oxidation that has built up on your reflector. (A cleaner alone will most likely not address the issue you're seeing with yours. A "fine" compound / polish will do the trick.
Rupes "Fine" polish. This is the product that you would use first. Available on Amazon. This smaller size bottle is enough to polish out the entire car twice...
Rupes "Uno Pure" is an Ultra Finishing polish. This is the product that you would use after using the "Fine" polish (although you may be completely satisfied with the results after just using the "Fine" polish.
Microfiber polishing pad.
I polished out all of my lenses - front and rear.
