Is it me or keeping a gentle foot while shifting gear up feels smoother?
contrary conventional knowledge and my own past 30 yrs driving stick, i noticed today on my 82 SC, 915 transmission, that at low/city speed it feels way smoother to change to 2nd and 3rd keeping a light/gentle foot on the throttle instead of totally keeping the foot up
(all this of course avoiding revving up)
is it just me?
