Default 80 SC fuel fill issue

Hello All! Our 80 SC is difficult to fill with fuel. It seems to have a restriction that will only accept fuel in a trickle, no way to set the handle latch as it kicks off instantly. In looking at the filler neck area I see a couple of hoses that are pinched, and a black box that I assume is part of the vapor recovery system but is not shown in the Bentley manual. Before I start taking things apart i'm hoping that someone has dealt with this on their G body and can offer a solution. Cheers!

Is this just a splitter?

Have you tried inserting the fuel nozzle upside down? Sometimes that will work.
Good luck.

I have not! It's certainly worth trying.
Thanks

any new 911 owner quickly learns the fuel nozzle has to be turned 180, and put nozzle on first click .

Default Thanks!

All good info. Wouldn't have thought I would need to stand the nozzle on end. Easy fix!
