i am new to this Porsche world and this is my first post.

i bought a 2012 911 991.1 Carrera S Cab from CarMax in 66k at south bay , LA area.

CarMax gives 30 day free return so i am using this time to make sure car has no issues.

few questions i have:
1. I got Max Care , should I still go for PPI(legit place is asking 660$ for thorough. Place i am talking about : Auto werkstatt )
2. The car had 4 previous owners.. any red flag in this for 11 year old car?
3. does the price sounds reasonable for this year and miles
4. I think Max care covers everything other then cosmetic and tires/ breakpads. Any one experienced any issues here
5. since it's Carmax certified can I trust them?
6. The outside wall of tires are cracked but Car max says it's still in there standard, not sure if outside cracks are okay?
