Cool 964 steeringwheel on MY72 911

Do anyone know if a 964 steeringwheel fits a 911 from 72 without any problems. Will there be any strange gaps?, will it look integrated to the steering console??

Appreciate any good input

Are you talking about the non-airbag wheel? Four spoke? I do believe they were used on some earlier Carreras, which would lend me to believe they could indeed be used on an early car. I don't know that the steering wheel mount was that different until they started putting airbags on the cars.

If I'm wrong, somebody please correct me!

Thanx Doug,
Yes I mean the non-airbag steeringwheel.

Appreciate more input from others.

Well, when you buy a 930S wheel there's an early hub and a late hub, so I wouldn't make that leap of faith quite yet. Can't you pull one of a friend's car to test the theory?
