I’m looking at a completely rebuilt 911T. All original the rebuilt done by reputable Porsche shop. My question even with the market somewhat slowing down is the price $95k a fair deal? Matching number engine, gearbox and frame. Been looking for awhile and just wanted members thoughts…

I’m afraid you are dreaming.
A well sorted ‘72 in original condition (read- looking good on outside but showing some rust in the usual spots) will fetch your price. Triple that for a fully restored well documented example not necessarily with matching numbers.
Cheers,

I slightly disagress with Uwon -- I don't think a '72 T would fetch more than $150k in today's market in perfect condition and even that is more E/S money. For what you describe, $95k is a fair price. If you would buy a runner and have it restored yourself, it would cost you way more.

Uwon, I thought so too but the seller sent me pics of the restoration pics and the finished pics. Looks to be top notch, only thing that needs attention is the MFI, needs to be fine tuned. If anyone knows a shop or mechanic down in SoCal please let me know.

mfi is the fuel system to have on a long nose!!! Nothing like 4 percent CO!! The sound of an 911 MFI engine is incredible. I think that for a perfect 72 (of course with the right rear gas filler door (LOL) 95 thousand is a steal.

I’ll keep you all posted thanks for the replies I’m going to try to drive it home if we go through with the purchase. Going thru the process of making an appointment around the San Diego area for a classic Porsche shop for an capable MFI tune up
