When I bought my '84 cabriolet, the windows were coming up too high and I adjusted the stops down so that they fit better with the roof seals. After a year or so I've noticed that the windows are now again coming up too high and need to be adjusted down again. Has anyone else run into this issue? I know how to open up the door panels and make the adjustments again but I hate to have to do this every year or so. Thanks

I had mine adjusted when I had a replacement OEM alarm switch put in and it failed in 5-6 weeks. Maybe someone has a better idea.
