Default 1977 Side Decals

Hey all, I have an incoming '77 and I'd like to add "PORSCHE" side decals.

Does anyone here have a recommendation on where to source / purchase?

Thx!

There is a guy at Pelican, goes by the username Joe Bob. Will make any color you need. Folks seem pretty happy with his work: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...cs-anyone.html

lol, don't add decals or don't use joe bob? the car is already a bit of an "outlaw" and vinyl is obviously easily removable. I'm generally a purist but this one doesn't give me too much heartburn!

im not a big fan of decals .. more of a subdued much ..

one guy in our local group has an SC that had a 3.2 dropped in it before he bought it , so he put huge Carrera decals down the side and took the SC deal of the rear lid ... tends to induce a lot of eye rolling locally.

Yikes. Yeah...badging the car as something that it's not (or wasn't originally)...I get that one.

I dunno, i kinda like the middies, with 15" wheels, fat side walls, period 4x4 ride height with the side decals... just looks cool. saw one in my area the other day, some sort of pale yellow color with black carrera side decals.

I had a local automotive tint/decal shop create and install mine about 10 years ago.

I say go for it, you can always remove them if you change your mind.

Looks awesome. I ordered some from Renndecal....matte black "Porsche" 3 stripe set to go on my Albert Blue car. Should be nice and subtle. Can pull em if I'm getting eye rolls
