Help ID’ing a Chip

I was hoping to ID this chip? Is this a stock 83 Chip someone removed? I tried using the numbers and cannot seem to find anything. I know the knowledge base here far exceeds my own. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

im not even sure where you would put a chip in an 83 ??

maybe a chip from a 3.2 ? (84-89 )
