Repainting fuchs

Any Satin Black will do. I used a brand I found at HomeDepot and painted them after some light sanding to help the paint bite. The end result looks very good (Except for when I use my track lug nuts). BTW, I have not had any problems with Enamel paint and the heat generated at the track, so for street use it will be just fine.

BTW, the user name of the Fella AgentPennyPacker is refering to is 89911, another Pittsburgh guy I might add.

...sent mine to Wheel Enhancements for Clear/Rough anodized look. They also repaint to original spec.

Your owner's manual suggests applying petroleum jelly to your fuchs. Yep, plain old vaseline. It works great.

and I thought it was only for those times I went to a dealership
