According to this site https://www.stuttcars.com/technical/vin-decoder/ 10-digit is a 1970~1979, and the fourth digit is the year (0 = 1970, 1 = 1971, etc) so it should be a 1973. Except that the tag says it is a 911SC, and those were not introduced until 1978. So what year is it?
