Rear Ride Height wrench size

After installing shocks around and TTRs, I decided to reset the ride height. The rears read 25 3/4" ground to fender and the fronts 26 3/8". My goal, rears 25, fronts 25 1/2. Fronts - no problem. Rears - loosened the first large nut (height secure nut?), but can't get the eccentric nut to budge. Any Ideas?
Now I can't get the height secure nut tight as I don't have the proper thin wrench size. I know it's smaller than 32mm, does someone know?
TIA.

This the first time at trying to adjust the car height and could still use ideas or proceedure on getting the eccentric bolt/nut to move.
Am I doing this wrong, should I trying to turn the bolt, not the nut?
Also saw on another thread that US cars were imported at the lowest ride height setting in the rear radius arm adjustment (in other words you can only raise the car using this adjustment, not lower it) and the only way to lower is to reset the splines on the torson bars.
True? Anyone have first hand experience/knowledge?

Jim,
The eccentric adjusting bolts on the spring spring plates could be used to adjust the height both ways but has limitations. If you can not obtain the desired height by adjusting the eccentric bolt/s then you have to go to the spline set up. This involves greater work. I was able to lower my rear height by 1 inch by using the eccentric bolts. But this depends where your eccentric bolt setting now.
If you can not find a wrench, I'll lend you one.

TD,
Thanks for the offer on the wrench. I'm trying to locate one locally here in SLC, without much luck. I may take you up on your offer.
So how does the eccentric adjusting bolt adjust? Do I turn the nut (of which I can't budge even with a breaker bar) or do I use the wrench and turn the bolt?
TIA.

jet911, FYI, Pelican sells a set of 4 wrenches (24mm, 27mm, 32mm, and 36mm) for about $60. These can be used for suspension and other reasons, but also are the right sizes for replacing the flexible oil cooler lines up by the external oil cooler. If you plan on doing your own work, these may be a must have set of tools. Good luck.

The big eccentric on the backside is 36mm. The smaller one is 32mm. You need a special thin wrench to fit in there.
Breaking the frontside nuts loose will take some force. Best to use an impact wrench. If you don't have one, use a breaker bar and extension.
You will likely need to re-index the torsion bars to get as low as you want. You will then need to do an alignment.

Thanks Chuck!
Ordered the wrench from Pelican yesterday.
Broke loose the first nut, having a tough time with the eccentric nut. May have to go to nearby shop and have them break it loose for me. My impact won't do it and don't have enough room for a long breaker bar.
