Targa rollbar/hood - matt or gloss black?

Default Targa rollbar/hood - matt or gloss black?
Were there some 1979 Targa's made with gloss black on the rollbar/hood? I have only ever seen matt black but the car I'm looking at is glossy??

I'm not an expert, but I think they were all matte black. I'm sure someone else will chime in with better knowledge.

The one in the pict was repainted.You can see the orange peel effect in the photo,you would never see this come from the factory that way.
