More updates to our all-aluminum duckbill. It’s fitted on the car now and the rear decklid cutouts have been completed.
Cool part from our partners at Fabspeed motorsports – a steel muffler brace used on our 991 GT3 titanium exhaust. The 991 exhaust is susceptible to cracking, so our good friends at Fabspeed sent us over this exhaust brace for added strength.
Car is back from paint – we will update more frequently as we just started assembly last week.

Bunch of parts getting ready to be installed over the next couple of weeks.
– CSF OEM+ High-Performance Right Fender Oil Cooler sitting in the front, next to a sneak peek of our new RSR style Center Oil Cooler, done in a custom grey thermal dispersion coating.
– Motec M130 ECU
– KW Clubsport Suspension
– Stoptech Big Brake Kit
– Elephant Racing RSR Strut Bar
– Custom Wire Harness by Rywire
– Custom Center Lock Adapter by Stanceworks Garage
Our custom REPA harnesses have arrived to go along with our finished roll bar, which has a detachable horizontal harness attachment.
The Alcantara dash is now in place along with a custom Goyard dash insert to tie in with the seats.
In Episode Four of our docuseries, we work on wrapping up the interior and we bring in our great friend and automotive industry heavy-hitter, Ryan from Rywire Motorsports Electronics, to design and build the custom engine harness for the drive-by wire setup. We go in-depth and behind the scenes with Ryan to really understand what the difference Is between a good and great wiring harness and how it can effect the overall experience and drivability of a car.

Little bit of a recap post of what’s been going on lately.
Our photos from our professional photographer are starting to roll in as we move into the final stages of the build.
We’re about one month from the debut at the SEMA Show and now we’re just working on assembly and getting everything together.
The interior is back at home base at SV Auto – getting fitted into the car. Done by Rogelios Auto Upholstery in Baldwin Park, CA.
Roll bar is complete. All done in-house by SV Auto. Since the photos, it’s got some Goyard accents added as well.
Ryan from Rywire.com finished up the custom engine harness for our DBW system + Kinsler ITB setup
Custom GT3 plenum and GT3 exhaust have been fitted, thanks to modifications from SV Auto
For more details on the build, check out our Youtube docuseries at youtube.com/csfracing
–––––
In this week’s episode, we reveal the paint color we went with. After months of debating, we ended up with a special blend of silver to really tie in the ethos of the old meets new. A perfect mix between vintage and modern.

The car is back at SV Auto from paint
In episode six of our docuseries, we’re only six weeks away from the SEMA Show. The car has been back at home base for less than a week and the team has made tons of progress. Not only is the car’s 3.9-liter engine, built by Prato Motorwerks, in place along with the transmission and wiring harness from Rywire, but some of the custom details are also starting to come together.

Our new ’73 RSR-Style Oil Cooler installed. This will be debuting to the public for purchase soon. We’ll be using BMRS super flexible and lightweight “Pro Gold” hoses – the same used for Porsche Motorsports.
Here’s a link to our other oil coolers, that it is much like: https://csfrace.com/csfs-new-line-of...l-oil-coolers/
The dual SPAL fan shroud that goes on the back of the oil cooler.
We’ve cut the tub behind the oil cooler in order to fit the fan shroud and allow proper exit air flow under the car, to allow the oil cooler to work properly.
We’ll be running the oil coolers in series, with our CSF OEM+ Performance oil cooler in place, in the right fender and the RetroAir Porsche 987 Boxster/Cayman AC Condenser under the drivers side headlight.

Rennline just came out with this brand new HVAC control panel – we’ll also be getting their billet ***** for the panel.
Achtung Kraft is a company we recently connected with. Bryan, the owner, makes these super sophisticated parts for 911s that really tie in higher levels of engineering into classic style cars.
This is his first production piece of the lower dash panel which ties the HVAC control with the Porsche classic radio w/ screen.
We wanted the modern comforts that come with the screen, but it stood out and threw off the look of the car – Bryan is going to have the perfect solution, available on the market soon.
How the screen looks on the dash before we install the new panel
Bryan’s been using 3D printing to create the new part

Just showed up last week – the brand new Kinsler Billet Intake Plenum. This was a last minute switch-up to our build. As you can see from the previous photos, we had initially bought a 996 GT3 Plenum. We had the existing one cerakoted and SV Auto modified it for Wiggins Clamps – so much work went into it, but it was hard to pass up the opportunity to run this new industry-leading plenum from Kinsler with built-in Wiggins ferrels machined into the design.
The 3 pieces, right out of the box
Installed in the car after being anodized to match our theme
Now, we’re just waiting for the air filter element and front grille to finish off the engine.
THE CAR SOUNDS AMAZING
