I have a 1974 Porsche 911 engine , 2.7 litre running on Weber carbs . The engine is fitted with Karrousel Racing Inc airfilters to match the triple Weber 40IDA carbs , picture attached.
How do I remove the filters to bo able to use a synchro tuning tool held in the carb throats ?? no visible bolts , just some springs that hold the lids down

those look like they need to be cleaned
