Quote: Gees that's sad ...

I know someone who has two kids sitting at home being paid by the government because there work furloughed. Neither have any bills to pay and get paid by the government to sit at home all day playing video games...
yes they were working ut neither them have food bills, rent .. or car payments.

There has to be a better way ..
I'm not trying to be crappy, but wont the government money eventually run out or end up causing hyper inflation? The government isn't a producer, they can only spend what they have taken from people who are working. Eventually if the country has enough skilled workers getting paid to play video games, I would think the wheels would fall off the system. It's kind of an interesting perspective on money being imaginary. As long as 90% of the population thinks everything is fine, it will be, but if people were in a panic over the situation, it would be a disaster quickly.

Just want to thank everyone for chiming in.

I tried woodside (local-ish to me) first, and they were indeed over 6% (which is over what the dealer originally financed me -- last minute - at.) Lightstream/Suntrust came in, via online application, at 2.99%. It was a no brainer to refi the loan a couple months after initial purchase. Thanks for saving me a bundle!

I've done very well with my last two "toy" cars I've financed. (made more in the market then the interest cost me.)

But everyone does things differently.

Don't let financing a wonderful 911 stop you from getting it, man!

Life is too ****ing short not to enjoy it!
Exactly, well said...3% versus 30%. The money invested could be paying for 10 cars if you look at it that way.
