Default What radar detector is this?

Hi,

PO installed a built-in radar detector in my 1997 993. I have no information on it as far as the type how to use it etc. Attached is a picture of the on-off control ****. I'm wondering if anyone can recognize the type of radar detector from this ****?

probably totally useless these days... so much interference from so much RF and with the police using laser everywhere, i decided to ditch the whole radar detector thing and drive like an adult years ago

Agreed. Pretty useless on the highway. Works fairly well on the backroads.

The combo of Waze and a new model radar works well. Don't drive like a nut but it's nice to have some added info for long trips.
