Default Replacing Door Deals for 1975 911s

Hey, All long time lurker and a first-time poster! my 1975 911s is in need of some new door seals. I tried doing some research but I have not seen any videos or guides on how to install the seals. Looks to be fairly straightforward but was wondering if anyone has done this before

looks like the old seals are pulled out of the channels and the new ones are placed back in using some 3m weatherstrip adhesive.. am I missing anything here?

also, my door seals appear to be the original seals which look to be slightly different then the Porsche replacement part 911 531 095 03 wanted to get some feedback to see if this is teh correct replacement part and to see if anyone has replaced these seals in a similar early G-body car before

Think ill just need these parts :

You pretty much have it, I have used the Uro versions, they are as good as OEM, put them in wet, ie; dont let the glue go off as normal with contact adhesive.

most of the URO parts are of very good quality, and we are very happy they took on Porsche parts so heavily, saves a bunch of money. Before we install the seals we make sure that the channels are thoroughly cleaned out so the seal lays deeply into the channel. Just a little bit of old glue or seal remaining will interfere with the door closing completely and sealing. 91153109501 has been superseded to the 02 and even the 03 but the part is not expensive, the original german one only about 40 dollars. Usually when porsche superrsedes something, it is an improved part.
