I am not a mechanic by any means but there are quite few items on that list that are definitely DIY even for a "youtube mechanic" such as myself. I would definitely try to get as much done myself!

You'll be real happy with the SW chip ,and there is nothing wrong with You Tube mechanics , no matter what you want to do, it seems
like dozens of other people have already done it and posted a how to video ... gotta love that !!!

Sadly I’m a city boy here with only a parking spot but when I get the garage I’ll have plenty of DIY time

I would have gone Elephant racing for susp and Pelican for the other stuff. You'd have amazing suspension and not to mention you'd save a bundle. I get my 88 3.2 serviced at Red Line and their prices seem fair. TLG is also very popular, too far for me and he can get testy, is overworked, and prices are mid-high to high.
