Assorted issues with 73S

I have a couple issues I'd like to get your thoughts on...
A/C vents: The brackets in the vents have all become independent and/or have fallen out. I need to replace three of the four vent "units." Any thoughts on where I could get replacement vents and how tough is to replace these?
Driver side window: You need to bench press 300 pounds to roll the window up without breaking a sweat. I feel like I'm going to pop the handle off the door and I never roll it down more than half way...Any ideas on best way to address this?
Seat belts: They only give a couple inches at a time and it is a painstaking process to get them connected. Then, upon getting out of the car, you have to baby them to get them to pull back.
I also want to replace my antenna and saw a Hirschmann PEL-300 on the Pelican Board. This should be good, ya?
Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't have AC, so I don't know about that.
My seatbelts need to be "babied" back in too!
I fixed the window problem by replacing the felt. Prior to that I had disassembled the track and lubricated it, etc but that didn't help a lot. Replace the felt and your windows should be fine!
